Since ancient times, our Ancestors - tribes of all nations - have practiced communion with the spirits of the plant world, to maintain balance between Humans and the forces of Nature, by honoring the relationship with the elements and all beings. There are no boundaries between healing oneself and healing Nature - each one of us is a fractal mirror of the physical and metaphysical worlds, a miniature universe, reflecting and containing everything - as above so below.
And by healing ourselves, we can heal our ancestral lineage, reactivate our DNA, and heal the world. Awakening is waking up to the nature of Oneness, and truly embodying it in all walks and talks of life.
